Humans are born with many characters inside them. As they become older and older, different psychological changes occur inside their brain. Some are negative and some are positive. Besides many of them, anger is one of the renowned factors that is present inside each and every individual on earth, including you and me.
Each and every one of us has experienced anger in various situations in our life. The feeling of anger rarely brings positive result in our path of success. Anger brings more pain unnecessarily and always works against us leading more and more negative impacts on our day to day living. That’s why you should know how to over come anger. Anger can be explained in many ways like loss of calmness, irritation, mind boggling thoughts that mostly leads to fight, massive destruction, or the chronic victim may kill him/herself. This is a dangerous emotional factor that should be wiped out before it hits you. Anger starts like a tiny spark of fire and if the situation becomes more intense you cannot make right decision and irritation grows like a vicious fireball. The environment becomes violent and more people get involved in that angry situation simultaneously. The final result of it is destruction and sorrow.

As the scientists say, when we are in angry situation, our body releases chemical called stress hormone. This hormone is produced when there is a stressful situation around us or when we feel irritated with something or someone increasing our heart beat and pulse rate. Some research had shown that anger is so stressful that the five minute episode of anger can hinder your immune system for six hours. The nature of the anger depends upon how stress is environment are you on. External situation is responsible for the emotion (anger) that our body response to a thought. As stress level increases, negative emotion control our brain functioning.

This dangerous and invisible monster should be eradicated as soon as possible, so you can live a peaceful and happy lifestyle. There are various ways to overcome anger. You can involve in many rehabilitation programs to eliminate you anger. It can be achieved by changing your thoughts, language and physical position is also an essential part for anger management. Try to relax your mind and body as much as possible by deep breathing, relaxing scenery imagination with chilling music can help you to overcome anger. Let go of your ego, understand each things wisely before making a judgment and prove that you are an intelligent being. There are also books about how to overcome anger that guides you to self relaxation techniques. Practice yoga with meditation in the morning for relaxation of your muscles and it will also make you feel much calmer. A simple joke or humor while having conversation can make the environment less stressful and full of joy.
Go and enjoy your live the stress less life. Ask yourself why your brain triggering negative emotion and commit yourself to eliminate all habit that makes you violent.
