There was a protest by AC Milan fans in Jan 2009 in the club’s H.Q. after Kaka was rumored to be sold to Man City. The transfer eventually failed as Kaka did not want to go to England. Eventually, after a bid by Real Madrid, there was nothing anyone could do to prevent the transfer from happening. Kaka finally left real in 2013 and went back to AC Milan on a free transfer.

Cavani’s 3 productive years in his former club Napoli saw many feel so sad because he is a very effective and prolific striker. Aurelio De Laurentiis’, the Napoli president tried to fight for him but his efforts were not successful. Despite the sadness, he has been bought at €17 from Palermo so it was worth selling him at €60 to PSG. Cavani is unstoppable in the box and whenever he crosses the final quarter, all he does is score.

Liverpool to Chelsea in 2011
Torres was very dissatisfied with Liverpool because they were not winning any titles despite his love for the club. He was very ambitious about leaving the Club and that led to his transfer to Chelsea. Torres is a dangerous striker when he decides but still he can disappoint at times so he seems to be the only one to control his game delivery.

Neymar, who everyone has a lot of expectations on in Brazil this World Cup, had been associated with Barcelona even before he joined the club. Tevez, after prolonged negotiations between Man United and Man City joined Man City in 2009. The Argentine despite signing a 5 year contract with Man City really started disliking the club in 2010 after thorough arguments with Roberto Mancini after the coach said that Tevez had a bad attitude. After Real broke the record with Bale, they had to sell some of their players and Ozil was transferred to Arsenal with a season record for Arsenal. Mesut Ozil’s move to the Emirates was very promising and all Gunner fans were so excited with the new midfield. He has had a good season at Arsenal even though he would have performed better. Despite that, he is a very effective playmaker and has a very promising future.

The young player’s move to AS Monaco became the 2nd most expensive transfer in football from Portugal. He has a signed a 5 year contract which means he will stay at AS Monaco up to 2018. This young player has broken a record in the Ligue 1 at the beginning of his career, can’t wait to see what he has in store for us.
10.Hulk (€45million)
FC Porto to Zenith in 2012
Hulk’s transfer to Zenith caused a lot of debate as it was said that his transfer fee was €60 million but it was later confirmed by Mitrofanov (Zenit General Director) that the fee was €40 and not 60. The Brazilian made the score sheet in just his 2nd game with a long range shot. He is a striker who is very dangerous and scores with very powerful shots.
